What you will do

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations and drive loan disbursement growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish a robust network of outsourced agents and build a high-performing lean field sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to build and manage an on-ground agents network.

    1. Agent Network Development
      • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of outsourced agents responsible for generating loan applications and disbursements.
      • Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure agents are equipped with product knowledge and sales strategies.
      • Set performance targets and implement incentive structures to drive agent productivity.
      • Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to maintain high standards.
    2. Field Sales Team Management
      • Recruit and establish a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and generate loan disbursements.
      • Design and implement field sales strategies to achieve company targets.
      • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
      • Supervise field operations to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of goals.
    3. Sales Strategy and Execution
      • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company’s goals and market potential.
      • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase loan disbursements.
    4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
      • Monitor sales performance metrics, including loan disbursements, agent contributions, and field sales effectiveness.
      • Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
      • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. Establishing and managing an effective agent network to achieve loan disbursement targets.
    2. Setting up and leading a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and drive loan growth.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services, or banking sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing agents and field sales teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of the credit market and loan products is an advantage.
