Field Productivity Leader

The Field Productivity Leader is responsible for driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of field teams (such as service, operational staff) within a specified region or across the organization. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing best practices, delivering training, and leveraging technology to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality execution in the field.

What You Will Do:

  • Productivity Analysis: Analyze field team performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement in processes, tools, and execution.
  • Process Optimization and Standardization: Develop, implement, and refine standardized field processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve outcomes.
  • Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to upskill field staff and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Technology Enablement: Identify, implement, and support technology solutions (such as mobile apps, CRM, route optimization tools) that enhance field productivity.
  • Field Support: Act as a point of contact for field teams, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and escalating systemic barriers to leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key productivity metrics (e.g., visits per day, task completion rates, first-time fix rates), and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, field operations, manufacturing operations, procurement, HR, and IT to align on goals, share insights, and coordinate productivity initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives in the field, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and performance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering field feedback, piloting new approaches, and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Lean Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering field feedback, piloting new approaches, and scaling successful initiatives. Utilize the Allegion Operating System to develop and implement the lean transformation plan for field operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years’ experience in field operations, sales management, or productivity improvement roles.
  • Proven track record in lean operations, process optimization, and driving team performance to meet financial and business expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI platforms).
  • Excellent communication, training, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with field technology solutions (CRM, mobile workforce management, etc.).
  • Ability to travel as needed to support field teams.
