What you'll do
As a Field Marketing specialist, you will execute localized marketing strategies and tactics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth. You’ll plan and manage events, including trade shows, webinars, in-person activations, and strategic partnerships to engage key decision-makers in the manufacturing sector. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, you’ll ensure alignment and maximize the impact of field marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute events, managing logistics, budgets, and post-event performance analysis.
- Run ABM webinars for existing and potential clients, ensuring tailored content that aligns with their needs and drives engagement.
- Assist regional marketing programs, including events and field activations, to drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.
- Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to support the creation, distribution, and optimization of campaign assets, sales enablement, and localized content to engage and nurture prospects.
- Analyze field marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize future activations.
- Build relationships with industry associations and event organizers to secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing activations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B field marketing, event management, or trade show execution, preferably in industrial or technical industries.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense to ensure events are visually appealing and align with brand standards.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges and last-minute changes.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to support account-based marketing initiatives.
- Willingness to travel for events and on-site activations.
