The Field Marketing Programs Manager is aligned to the GEO BDR/ISR sales leaders and is responsible for supporting the team to increase MQL conversion and account engagement in marketing activities to drive new logo pipeline. The role reports directly to the SVP Field Marketing & Operations with alignment to key stakeholders across marketing , including Field Marketing,  Demand Gen and Event to drive success in campaigns.    

As a Field Marketing Program Manager, you will...

  • Align with the BDR / ISR leader and team to support goals such as BDR increase of MQL to meeting conversion and ISR customer engagement, and pipeline build in their target accounts

  • Maintain a close partnership with key stakeholders - Demand Gen, Field Marketing and Events - to know the marketing plan and actions needed

  • Build an action plan leveraging the marketing plan to to drive customer engagement & results

  • Develop outreach campaigns with ISRs to drive success in the marketing plan and pipeline development

  • Drive follow-up actions with BDRs, including pre-brief programs 

  • Ensure the team has  the resources they need for success

  • Keep a daily pulse on the Demand Funnel and Pipeline to drive BDR and ISR actions 

  • Communicate status, results, highlights and insights  to marketing stakeholders regularly

We're excited about you if you have...

  • 5 + yearsof experience in marketing aligned to sales 

  • AS/BA in Marketing preferred; will consider related areas of experience

  • Understanding of the marketing mix of lead gen programs and events, and how to build an action plan from engagement to results

  • Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple activities at once

  • Experience working with Sales Development Reps, Business Development Reps, &/or Inside Sales to drive engagement and pipeline growth

  • Operational excellence

  • Ability to work independently, follow processes and meet or exceed deadlines

  • Collaborative in remote team environment
