Do you want to change the world? Zipline is on a mission to transform the way goods move. Our aim is to solve the world’s most urgent and complex access challenges by building, manufacturing and operating the first instant delivery and logistics system that serves all humans equally, wherever they are. From powering Rwanda’s national blood delivery network and Ghana’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution, to providing on-demand home delivery for Walmart, to enabling healthcare providers to bring care directly to U.S. homes, we are transforming the way things move for businesses, governments and consumers. The technology is complex but the idea is simple: a teleportation service that delivers what you need, when you need it. Join Zipline and help us to make good on our promise to build an equitable and more resilient global supply chain for billions of people.
About You and The Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead Zipline’s on-the-ground marketing efforts in the DFW metro area — one of our fastest-growing U.S. regions. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. You’ll own the strategy and execution of localized campaigns that build awareness, drive adoption, and deepen trust with customers, partners, and the broader public.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and communications to make Zipline a household name in DFW.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan tailored to DFW that aligns with national brand and growth priorities.
  • Plan and manage regional events, partnerships, and activations that showcase Zipline’s impact and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with key local partners to co-create programs that amplify Zipline’s presence and highlight shared impact stories.
  • Launch creative activations, pop-ups, and demo events to bring the Zipline experience to life for consumers and stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture a network of passionate Zipline advocates — from customers to community champions — who share our story and mission.
  • Measure program performance, report outcomes, and continuously refine tactics based on results.
  • Partner with the central marketing, comms, and ops teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in field, experiential, or event marketing (experience in tech, mobility, or logistics is a plus).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute local campaigns that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities — you thrive working with diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-starter mentality with comfort operating in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Passion for Zipline’s mission and curiosity about how technology can improve real-world outcomes.
What Else You Need to Know

The starting cash range for this role is $90,00-120,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
