This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. You’ll own the strategy and execution of localized campaigns that build awareness, drive adoption, and deepen trust with customers, partners, and the broader public.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and communications to make Zipline a household name in DFW.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan tailored to DFW that aligns with national brand and growth priorities.

- Collaborate with key local partners to co-create programs that amplify Zipline’s presence and highlight shared impact stories.
- Launch creative activations, pop-ups, and demo events to bring the Zipline experience to life for consumers and stakeholders.
- Build and nurture a network of passionate Zipline advocates — from customers to community champions — who share our story and mission.
- Measure program performance, report outcomes, and continuously refine tactics based on results.
- Partner with the central marketing, comms, and ops teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in field, experiential, or event marketing (experience in tech, mobility, or logistics is a plus).
- Proven ability to plan and execute local campaigns that drive measurable impact.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities — you thrive working with diverse stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with comfort operating in a fast-moving, startup environment.
- Passion for Zipline’s mission and curiosity about how technology can improve real-world outcomes.
