About the Role:

Copperleaf is seeking a  Field & Events Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across America. This role is key to driving awareness, engagement, and demand generation, working closely with regional sales teams, business development, and global marketing to accelerate growth in the AMER market. Candidates must sit in East or Central time zone. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead local owned events by conceptualising, planning and executing new events end-to-end, such as roundtables, forums, partner launches, product launches, webinars

  • Work with executive stakeholders to develop and deliver intimate, round table style briefing events
  • Deliver the AMER events plan for 2026, by working with logistics partners and the internal team at Copperleaf and the wider IFS organization
  • Developing and owning large-scale event target lists aligned with sales objectives, and leading the event communication lifecycle across email, social, and web campaigns to maximise engagement and ensure successful post-event nurturing. Identify new key third-party industry events that align with commercial goals
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and support pipeline growth. 
  • Manage the Marketing Team (2 x FTE)
  • Manage and report on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI to evaluate marketing effectiveness. 
  • Create and scale innovative marketing programs across digital, field, and partner channels. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns tailored to industry personas and buyer journeys. 
  • Own the regional marketing roadmap, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging across all touchpoints. 
  • Identify and pilot new tactics to optimize performance and drive long-term success. 
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with sales and customer-facing teams. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software or technology. 
  • Strong background in designing and executing demand generation programs with measurable outcomes. 
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in campaign development and management. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams. 
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. 

Nice to Have:

  • Early-stage management experience or team leadership
  • Understanding of asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Transportation, or Oil & Gas. 
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, PowerBI, and Outreach. 

Experience in digital campaigns, events, content strategy, and account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
