We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Director, Americas to lead our regional and industry-specific marketing efforts. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader who can drive pipeline growth and brand awareness through integrated campaigns, high-impact events, account-based marketing (ABM), and strong alignment with sales, partners, and alliances.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will oversee a team of field marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver targeted programs that support revenue goals, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing field marketing team aligned to regional, vertical, and partner priorities
  • Set team goals, manage budgets, and establish performance metrics to measure impact across programs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue targets and GTM objectives
Event Strategy & Execution
  • Own the strategy and execution of regional events, executive roundtables, industry conferences, and customer-facing experiences
  • Deliver memorable event programs that drive brand engagement, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Measure event ROI and continuously optimize performance
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Partner with sales and global marketing teams to design and execute ABM strategies across target accounts, leveraging personalization and multi-touch engagement tactics
  • Use data and insights to tailor content and campaigns that resonate with specific buying groups
Partner & Alliance Marketing
  • Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key strategic partners and alliances to expand reach and drive joint pipeline
  • Align messaging and value propositions across partner GTM motions, and collaborate on events, campaigns, and content syndication
Sales Support & Enablement
  • Build marketing programs that support sales throughout the funnel—from awareness to close
  • Deliver targeted content, sales tools, and competitive intelligence that empower reps and improve win rates
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to onboard new reps and ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications
 
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field marketing leadership role
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through integrated field programs, events, and ABM
  • Deep experience partnering with enterprise sales teams, partner ecosystems, and alliances
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, people management, and leadership abilities
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or related technology sectors is preferred
