- Partner closely with the sales team to support pipeline-driving activities and ensure field programs align with regional sales priorities
- Coordinate logistics for events and activations, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution
- Manage third-party sponsorships, ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Own production and delivery of event assets and materials (signage, swag, registration pages, follow-up communications)
- Support lead capture, list management, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales and marketing operations
- Track program execution details and assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance insights
- Maintain field marketing calendars and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, events, or integrated campaign roles—preferably in high-growth, enterprise-focused companies.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; thrives in fast-paced environments and independently manages multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable executing event and field marketing programs, including coordinating vendors, managing assets, and supporting on-site logistics
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to support shared goals
