The Field Marketing Associate will manage event participation, align with sales teams, and create impactful experiences for clients at legal tech conferences.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and high-impact Field Marketing Manager to drive DeepJudge’s live and virtual event and conference marketing initiatives. As a key bridge between the market and the rest of the GTM organization, you’ll work closely with sales, customer success and partners to design and execute programs that build brand awareness, generate pipeline and strengthen our position.
You will be responsible for managing DeepJudge’s presence across key marketing channels, such as legal industry conferences, client summits, targeted campaigns and strategic partner initiatives,ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand, supports the sales team, and drives engagement with key decision-makers. You will also adapt marketing strategies to the audience segment making sure they are relevant and have measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead live and virtual marketing initiatives, including events (third-party and own-hosted), ABM, and partner marketing programs, to position DeepJudge as thought leaders, drive brand awareness and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of DeepJudge’s participation across legal tech conferences, industry events and other market-facing initiatives. This includes all operational elements, such as managing vendor relationships, event budgets, shipping, signage, and on-site support as well as marketing collaterals.
- Develop and optimize pre- and post-event workflows, in partnership with marketing automation and the sales team to maximize attendance, engagement and conversion.
- Identify and develop opportunities for smaller-scale, regional or practice-specific and account-specific activations that support sales priorities and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer success and the partner team to ensure all local programs reflect company-wide priorities and objectives.
- Work with colleagues in product and other departments to develop a deep understanding of target personas, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform campaign planning, messaging and event positioning in the region.
- Partner closely with sales to align field marketing plans with overall marketing goals, account strategies, and company-wide objectives, making sure marketing initiatives directly support business outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry associations, publications and strategic partners to strengthen DeepJudge’s visibility and credibility in the legal tech space and reach a broader audience.
- Measure and report marketing effectiveness, providing regular updates on performance, channel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI against defined targets.
- Be accountable for pipeline growth making sure all programs are results-driven, measurable and aligned with overall company objectives.
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, in legal technology specifically
- Strong project management and execution skills. You’re comfortable owning logistics end-to-end.
- Experience working closely with field sales or account-based marketing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to work a vendor relationship, negotiate effectively, and keep things moving.
- Known for delivering complex, high-impact experiences that are both ambitious and impactful.
- Ability to travel for in-person events as needed (approx. 20–30%)
What You Can Look Forward To:
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in legal tech is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of the legal market is essential for the role, with strong understanding of law firms, corporate legal departments, practice areas, audiences and competitive landscapes.
- Experience leading B2B programs across multiple channels, including event marketing, ABM and partner marketing.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to own logistics and delivery end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional alignment and maintain productive relationships with vendors and partners.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and comfortable working with data to track performance and optimize for results.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
