JOB SUMMARY: 

The Field Integration & Implementation Specialist is a vital to supporting Sky Zone’s rapid growth and evolving operational prioritiesThis person helps to enhance the efficiency of the Operations Implementation department by focusing on tactical execution, operational alignment, and real-time field support.   

 

This individual reports to the Sr. Manager of Operations Implementation and is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of operational rollouts, developing field resources, and fostering a collaborative environment between corporate and park-level operations with the goal of ultimately helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or implementation role, preferably within a multi-location environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, or franchising). 

  • Demonstrated experience with operational rollouts, field resource development, and cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and ensuring alignment between corporate and park-level operations. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication to translate strategic goals into actionable tools. 

  • Proactive problem-solving with a collaborative approach to address field challenges. 

  • High adaptability and attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in deliverables in a fast-paced and growing environment. 

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Operational Standardization & Alignment 

  • Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining operational playbooks, job aids, and guides to ensure alignment with company goals. 

  • Collaborate with field teams and cross-departmental stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve resources for maximum impact. 

 

Training Logistics & Resource Development 

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, including scheduling, material preparation, and follow-up support. 

  • Gather field feedback post-training to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement. 

  • Support the design and delivery of training materials that address operational challenges and enhance park-level execution. 

  • Monitor training adoption and gather feedback to refine content in collaboration with the Training & Standards Specialists. 

Field Resource Management 

  • Maintain and update the repository of operational resources, ensuring accessibility and relevance for all park teams. 

  • Assist in managing Sky Zone’s internal social network, driving engagement and collaboration. 

Rollout Support 

  • Provide hands-on assistance during the planning and execution of operational rollouts, ensuring clarity and timeliness. 

  • Develop actionable summaries and toolkits for park teams to streamline implementation processes. 

  • Support integration of Marketing, Safety, and other departmental initiatives into operational rollouts. 

  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and logistics for rollout initiatives, ensuring alignment with park-level priorities. 

  • Create and deliver operational guides, checklists, and implementation tools tailored to field needs. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication 

  • Draft and distribute newsletters, memos, and other field-facing communications under the direction of the Senior Manager. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for field inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Participate in meetings and provide input on tactical implementation needs, ensuring consistency in execution. 

Data Collection & Reporting 

  • Partner with the Senior Manager to track field feedback, operational performance metrics, and rollout effectiveness. 

  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic adjustments and continuous improvement. 

 

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • This position requires the ability to remain stationary and move around as needed to support operations, with or without reasonable accommodation. 

 

 

Compensation range is $65-70k/yr based on qualifications and experience.  Full-time employees at Sky Zone enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching.  Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
