We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to join our Field Enablement team as a Program Specialist - Contractor. As a key member of this growing team, the Program Specialist will support the creation and implementation of Sales Enablement programs that directly impact our global sales team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on Enablement initiatives that span program management, content creation, learning design, and much more.
Responsibilities:- Act as Enablement liaison for new hires; provision sales tools, host bi-weekly New Hire Orientation, train/troubleshoot prospecting tools, manage onboarding progress and Manager updates
- Aid in program management of bi-weekly Sales Talk Live; manage quarterly speaker and content cadences, prepare slide decks, organize STL speaker prep sessions, publish materials to content management system post-session
- Ownership of Win Wire program; working directly with Sales Reps, SEs, and others, ensure that strategic win stories are fully developed, providing content review, grammatical and structural recommendations, and collaborating with the Couchbase editor, before creating the Sales asset in Adobe InDesign
- Assist with bi-monthly Couchbase College (new hire bootcamp) to manage content development cycles, speaker management and support, and attendee communications and deliverables; the ideal candidate will be able to moderate Couchbase College following 1-3 cycles
- Assist with bi-weekly Sales Enablement Newsletter creation, publishing and marketing new win stories to highlight strategic use cases and reinforce Sales Motions and other strategic initiatives, advertise the next Sales Talk Live session and other Enablement programming
- Assist with TechLabs program management, driving content development cycles with SMEs, collaborating with Field Engineering presenters and Managers, ensuring technical and testing elements are in place for regional trainings, preparing efficient and accurate post-program reporting, make-up sessions, attendee tracking, etc
- Support ongoing initiatives for high-potential employees, including managing timelines, vendor relations, and manager communications, ensuring progression through leadership training opportunities
- Ownership of Sales Enablement inbox and calendar, with the ability to address rep inquiries, support content/onboarding/tool requests and issues, prioritizing urgent requests accordingly
- Provide quarterly awards support to the Chief Revenue Officer and team, collaborating to identify Enablement program award winners, organize the Sales Talk Live presentation, and ensure proper acknowledgment on Enablement platforms
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Sales-related role (Sales Rep, SDR, Enablement)
- 3+ years of program/project management experience; prior success with cross-functional initiatives preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving experience (corporate strategy, sales/business operations, GTM strategy, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work-flows in a fast-changing environment, working effectively both independently, and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to identify and coordinate resources across different functions, to drive programming and strategic objectives
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a bias for action, accuracy and completion
- Proficiency and efficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Experience with Sales Enablement platforms (Mindtickle, Seismic, etc); familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, 6Sense, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
