Quartzy is seeking a Field Account Manager (E-commerce Growth, Boston Metro) to drive sales across existing software customers. Your mission is to increase order volume, expand into new product categories, and grow Quartzy’s share of wallet. This is a farming/expansion role: you’ll analyze account data, identify growth opportunities, and proactively meet with labs across Boston biotech hubs to influence scientists and procurement teams to buy more through Quartzy.T his role is based in the Boston Metro and requires regular in-person meetings across biotech hubs around the Boston area.

What You'll Do
- Territory Expansion: Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Boston Metro Area to grow e-commerce adoption.
- Account Mining: Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities.
- Consultative Outreach: Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell: Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing and CS on software adoption campaigns.
- Work with Pricing team to set prices based on insights gained from engaging with customers.
- Market Insights: Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of life-sciences sales experience (field preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/overachieving revenue expansion quotas.
- Strong communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of accounts in-person and virtually.
- CRM and pipeline discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Based in the Boston Metro Area with ability to visit local prospects on a frequent basis
