The FFS Bilingual- In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Compensation:
- Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
