Federal Reserve Financial Services Senior Business Integration Specialist

The Senior Business Integration Specialist will be responsible for leading and/or performing complex activities that entail interactions within FRFS and/or other business lines that require application and/or operational changes. This includes leading and/or coordinating ecosystem testing activities for the FRFS Accelerate Cloud/Colo Program.
The Senior Business Integration Specialist will also lead and/or participate in FRFS or system workgroups, as well as provide expert SME input to other areas within FRFS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, plan, and execute interactions with other business lines that require changes to supporting applications impacting FRFS applications
Apply deep understanding of cross business operations/processes when participating in complex assignments
Lead and/or perform complex analyses, identifying application and/or operational changes to support the long-term vision of FRFS
Document and validate business requirements, ensuring any interim steps can easily transition to longer-term solutions in the future
Identify and coordinate updates to Guides/Policies/Procedures with other business lines, as applicable
Execute internal communication plans, ensuring that supporting applications are fully engaged with changes needed to support FRFS implementation
Support technology efforts, by providing expert SME input to requirements and ensure overall alignment of FRFS build with Business Partners’ application needs
Work closely with FRFS Technical and Product teams, supporting Business Integration requirements to ensure interfaces with business partners are developed and tested successfully
Coordinate with functional areas and other business lines to identify key risks
Working with Technical, Product, and Program Management teams, as well as other business lines, plan and manage ongoing interface testing throughout the ecosystem from development through production implementation, including testing between FRFS core applications and other business partners’ systems, as well as between various other business partners’ systems
Collaborate and strategize with functional areas and management to identify future product and service needs
Prepare meeting materials, including status updates to senior leadership
Coach, delegate, and review work of less experienced staff as well as responsible for knowledge transfer
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred.
Typically requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills with ability to express ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, as well as ability to tailor communications for different audiences
Experience with leading and participating in System-level workgroups
Ability to work in a demanding environment and handle multiple competing priorities
Detail-oriented and capable self-starter with the ability to explore innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner as an individual and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly gather, analyze and synthesize information
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus across teams
Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience delivering successful outcomes on projects involving multiple stakeholders with differing/diverging interests
Ability to effectively work remotely and across teams
Other Considerations
May include remote working arrangements and some required travel, which will vary during project phases.
This role may require occasional weekend hours.
