As a Feasibility & Strategy Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping clinical development strategies that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.
This is a highly visible, strategic position where you will influence global clinical trial feasibility, collaborate cross-functionally and directly contribute to winning new business.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the proposal team, you will lead feasibility and strategy development to ensure optimal clinical trial delivery across countries, sites, and patient populations.
Strategic Feasibility Leadership
- Deliver data-driven feasibility strategies to identify the right countries, sites, and patient populations
- Lead risk-based feasibility analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate delivery challenges
- Partner with Patient Recruitment Strategy and Site Alliance teams to create integrated strategies
Proposal & Client Engagement
- Create compelling, high-quality proposal content that differentiates Parexel
- Present strategic approaches in bid pursuit and capability meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support winning new business
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive innovation in feasibility processes, data, and methodologies
- Contribute to therapy area strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance client relationships through early engagement and strategic insights
Collaboration & Influence
- Build strong partnerships across global teams and functions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and key opinion leaders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and patient-centric thinking
- Contribute to development of best practices, tools, and processes
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong clinical research expertise and a passion for innovation.
Experience
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Proven experience in clinical trial feasibility, project management, or clinical operations
- Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferred
- Demonstratable expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis skills
- Ability to influence and present to internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Education
- Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
- Scientific, medical, or related background
