About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant in FCRM MI& Reporting Team for the Visualization Developer Role.
In this role, you will:
  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
  • Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Qlik Sense.
  • Build clean, intuitive, and responsive UIs tailored to end-user needs.
  • Participate in data sourcing and transformation processes using SQL and other ETL tools.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and assist with UAT processes for all developed reports.
  • Ensure high quality and consistency across all visual outputs, performing QA prior to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the technical lead and delivery leads to align on requirements and timelines.
  • Support post-deployment monitoring and address production issues as needed.
  • Continuously optimize dashboards for better performance and data refresh times.
  • Follow SDLC protocols including documentation, testing, and change management procedures.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality dashboards that meet business specifications.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Work in close coordination with a global team to support operational and strategic reporting.
  • Participate in performance tuning and error resolution.
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and tools as needed.
