What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, handling sensitive information with professionalism and care.
- Lead planning and coordination of site events, recognition programs, and initiatives that celebrate and connect team members.
- Manage the Employee Relations Incentive Budget, ensuring thoughtful, strategic use of resources.
- Represent the site in community partnerships and events, helping to build strong local connections.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, PR, and Branding teams to deliver timely, engaging updates to team members.
- Support cross-functional teams-including Recruiting, HR, Facilities, and Safety-on key culture and communication initiatives.
- Keep leaders organized: manage calendars, plan travel, create agendas, and track action items for follow-up.
- Own day-to-day office logistics, from managing supplies and meeting rooms to taking meeting notes and submitting expenses.
- Ensure events run smoothly-from catering and logistics to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Respond to day-to-day needs and take initiative to support evolving business priorities.
What You'll Need
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or team support role.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and people-first workplace.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working across teams and levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility and adaptability-able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Availability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
