Ready to Market the Next Big Thing in AI?

TensorOps isn't just another AI company. In three years, we’ve gone from a new player to a global powerhouse, delivering solutions for Nasdaq-100 companies and top-tier startups from NYC, Lisbon, Tel Aviv to Seoul.

We don’t just consult; we build. From investment advisors to predictive algorithms, we take founder visions and engineer them into reality.

The Opportunity Until now, our growth has been organic. We’ve been quiet, but busy. Now, we’re ready to get loud. We are expanding our footprint to London, cementing partnerships with Google, Amazon, and OpenAI, and launching our own platforms. This is a rare chance to build a marketing engine from the ground up.

The Role We need a Growth Partner. You will work side-by-side with our founders to own the top-of-the-funnel and define how the world sees TensorOps.

You Are:

  • Tech-Obsessed: You love AI and keep up with the rapid pace of the industry.

  • Strategic: You understand how a consulting pipeline works and how to feed it.

  • Global-Minded: You can switch contexts easily between English, Hebrew, and Spanish markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Strategy: Use data to sharpen our ICP and spot the best opportunities.

  • Manage Big Budgets: Collaborate on co-marketing efforts with Google and Amazon.

  • Tell the Story: refine our narrative to match the shifting AI landscape.

  • Connect People: Lead webinars and in-person events worldwide.

  • Be the Face (Optional): Want to speak at events and be a public figure for the brand? The stage is yours.

The Details

  • Location: You must currently reside in Portugal.

  • Experience: Tech/Startup background preferred.

  • Attitude: You read this and thought, "This sounds like fun."

Compensation & Perks

  • €56k – €77k Gross Annual Salary.

  • Performance bonuses.

  • Travels to company off-sites, free rides, swag, and more.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
