Introduction

We are seeking a talented student to join our Global Marketing team as Project Manager. You are studying, or curious about project management, localization, and/or international marketing. You are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and fixed-date delivery schedules. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with international teams, helping deliver high-quality localized content that supports the launch of iRobot products worldwide. This is a full–time internship from August – December. Students must have the ability to work 40 hours (M-F) for the entire duration. Hybrid role.

What You Will Do:  

  • Manage project management queue from start to finish, including requests from internal stakeholders, identifying, and bridging gaps, tracking deadlines, and driving projects to completion 

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure clear and timely communication throughout each project’s lifecycle. 

  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to educate them on rules of engagement and best options for their needs 

  • Assist in forecasting project volume and localization workload for external/internal stakeholders.  

  • Utilize internal project management and ticketing systems (such as Smartsheet) to track, manage, and report on project status. 

  • Help ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across content delivered by our external agency.   

  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand how the localization team supports product, digital, and marketing initiatives. 

  • Document changes and improvements to current best practices 

  • Meet and exceed regional experience expectations 

To Be Successful You Will Have: 

  • Currently pursuing or just completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Communications, Marketing, Project Management or related field 

  • Must have the ability to work full-time from August through December (40 hours; M-F) as a co-op 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as MS Outlook  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • A consistent "can do" attitude 

  • Adaptability and flexibility 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • Meticulous about details 

  • Foreign language is a plus
