Nomad Internet is looking for a dynamic Facebook Ad Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on driving conversions and increasing brand awareness. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven approach to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Creation and Management: Design, implement, and monitor effective Facebook advertising campaigns that align with our marketing goals.
- Target Audience Segmentation: Develop targeted ad strategies by segmenting audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and customer journeys.
- Performance Analysis: Use Facebook Insights and other analytical tools to track ad performance, assess key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for Facebook ads, ensuring optimal spend for the best possible return on investment.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test different ad elements including images, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with ongoing promotions, content marketing, and other advertising campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future ad strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a track record of achieving business goals.
- Strong understanding of Facebook advertising platform, ad types, and best practices.
- Proficient in audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and ad management tools such as Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
