Kelly Nissan of Woburn is seeking an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing dealership team. Compensation
• Base pay plus monthly performance bonus
• $125,000 - $250,000+ annual earning potential

What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with financing options and vehicle protection products that enhance their ownership experience
• Structure retail, lease, and special finance transactions for maximum profitability and lender approval
• Submit deals to lenders and secure financing approvals efficiently
• Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, tire and wheel protection, and other ownership products
• Ensure every deal complies with dealership policies and all federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare, review, and complete finance contracts and supporting documentation accurately
• Deliver paperwork and financing solutions professionally while creating a transparent customer experience
• Monitor CIT, funding, and contract completion to ensure timely funding of all deals
• Audit completed deals and identify opportunities to improve profitability and process efficiency
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and compliance requirements
• Complete all required certifications and ongoing training


Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience required
• Proven track record of success in automotive finance and insurance
• Strong understanding of dealership finance, compliance, and lending processes
• Experience structuring deals for maximum profitability and approval rates
• Knowledge of title laws, registration procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with RouteOne and/or Dealertrack
• Experience with prime, subprime, and lease financing
• Strong lender network and relationship-building skills
• Menu selling experience
