Job Description

We're building the future of enterprise AI—and we need a Product Owner who can turn vision into velocity. As part of our newly established GenAI Product Management group, you'll lead the development and scaling of the latest analytics and generative AI platforms and products. This is your chance to shape how thousands of users work with AI-powered insights across the organization.

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with regional product and tech teams to prioritize GenAI use cases. You will be the bridge between our needs and technical execution, ensuring that our platform capabilities align with real-world challenges and opportunities.

This is a remote position. You will report to the VP of Product Management.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Build and evolve the GenAI platform roadmap, translating feedback into prioritized requirements and driving enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver impactful features aligned with strategic plans.
  • Lead Agile product management processes, including PI Planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and market trends to inform continuous improvement and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset by encouraging relationships, engaging users, and promoting adoption through user programs.
  • Resolve complex challenges and align team execution with evolving priorities, applying structured methodologies and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise software environments.
  • 2+ years working with generative AI, analytics platforms, and managing data product lifecycles.
  • Experience leading product teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams or regions.
  • Experience driving Agile product development through backlog management, sprint planning, and PI Planning.
  • Experience translating needs into product strategies, requirements, and user stories that bring measurable impact.
  • Experience launching user-centric products using tools like Jira, with a focus on solving business problems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
