Role Summary

As an Experimentation Analyst (Campaign Optimization and Attribution), you'll independently design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive performance outcomes for both clients and internal initiatives. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and drive client impact
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in experimentation workflows and recommend process improvements

How We'll Define Success

  • You’re not just executing, you're proactively identifying where experimentation adds value, driving projects forward, and delivering insights that change the course of decisions. Success in this role means taking ownership of key analytical efforts, partnering closely with stakeholders, and demonstrating clear growth in both technical depth and business acumen.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python with the ability to work independently
  • 2+ years of experience designing and analyzing experiments
  • Solid understanding of statistics, including frequentist and Bayesian approaches
  • Experience presenting results to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and proposing structure
  • A self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership over your work

You May Also Have

  • Familiarity with CTV or programmatic advertising ecosystems
  • Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms or experimentation tooling
