Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled day off
Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 (base salary & bonuses)
What You’ll Do:
- Drive monthly sales, gross profit, and dealership performance objectives
- Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team
- Collaborate with sales management team on forecasts, staffing, compensation, promotions, and advertising strategy
- Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, acquisition, merchandising, and allocation
- Oversee appraisals, demonstrations, and dealership processes
- Review and approve sales promotions and merchandising standards
- Monitor team performance through regular meetings, training, and accountability
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional satisfaction and loyalty
- Other tasks assigned by the General Sales Manager

Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive sales/management experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
