Description

We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Content Manager to join our Lifecycle Marketing team and Content Guild. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, this Experienced Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building messaging for our current and future customers, across monday.com’s product suite. This role has ownership over key strategic email communications sent to our millions of monthly subscribers. You’ll be working closely with senior PMMs, designers, and lifecycle managers to bring monday.com’s brand and products to life. 

The monday.com Lifecycle Marketing team owns all email and in-app communication for monday.com. The team consists of designers and lifecycle managers who work closely together in focused iterations to optimize and level-up our customer lifecycle experience (across upsell, expansion, cross-sell, and more) and generate new business. 

This team is energetic, ambitious, data-driven, and always working on the newest products and messaging for monday.com.

About The Role
  • Be a strategic partner in developing concise, authentic, and effective messaging for monday.com lifecycle communication across email and in-app messaging. 
  • Work across departments to communicate project timelines, gather and incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality content.
  • Craft high-value messaging for each step of the customer journey.
  • Conduct competitor research in order to bring fresh messaging, insights, and user experience to the domain.

Requirements
  • Native English speaker and writer (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in Content Marketing at a SaaS company
  • A strategic self-starter who brings vision and passion to the work they do
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Eager to take full ownership of strategic projects 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
