We’re seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead end-to-end UX design for a product area within Concentrix while also leading and developing a team of designers. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with business goals and technical needs, while fostering strong design practices, collaboration, and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver impactful experiences.
- Drive user-centered design through research, validation, and data-informed decisions.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to the design system and elevate design quality through collaboration and mentorship.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience preferred.
- Experience managing teams of at least 5 people.
- Strong expertise in UX design, research, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Ability to independently own product areas and make strategic design decisions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with Figma, UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude is a nice to have.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence Product and Engineering partners.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of product metrics and business impact.
