Executive Revenue Cycle Advisor
Contract | Remote | $90–$100 hour | Full-Time | 6+ Months
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Revenue Cycle Advisor to lead strategic revenue cycle initiatives for a single hospital system. This role will work directly with a multidisciplinary panel including a Project Director, Physician Advisor, Nursing Advisor, and Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for end-to-end revenue cycle operations.
Analyze current-state processes and lead design of future-state workflows.
Advise hospital leadership on optimization of Epic revenue cycle modules.
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align financial performance with clinical outcomes.
Support planning and execution of improvement initiatives, including KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
10+ years in hospital revenue cycle management, including leadership/advisory roles.
Experience with Epic (Resolute, HB, Cadence).
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
