About the Recruiter Position

We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter with outstanding people skills to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll help build panel, and identify future target audiences to help build. 

You’ll need a wide variety of skills to succeed as a Recruiter: excellent communication skills, knowledge of social media best practices, and superb multitasking and project management skills, among others.

Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department managers, and project managers to identify target audiences to recruit
  • Work with department managers to develop marketing and recruitment campaings
  • Utilize multi-modes of recruitment, including, phone, social media, networking. Possible travel may be involved.
  • Experience talking to patients and HCPs and working with advocates
  • Experience in recruitment and panel management, customer service
Recruiter Requirements 
  • [2+] years experience as a Recruiter
  • BA/BS in human resources, business, or related field
  • Good with people
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
