Executive ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise

MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate the implementation of the MOS calibration pillars (PD, TPM (KN & PK), QCO(KN)) in collaboration with the projects team to drive and achieve set KPIs as specified on the SBU Hoshin to ensure operational excellence at the plant and sustain the initiatives within the Business Unit. And develop the change agents while sharing Lean knowledge to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule project meetings and ensure all the initiatives are implemented accordingly and within the set timelines. If targets are not met, lead the problem-solving initiatives together with the project Team.
Together with the project champion develop the project plan, KPIs and timeline. Identify and lead the team in aligning the Project KPIs with the Hoshin KPIs.
Develop & monitor Policy Deployment pillar while conducting the weekly plant “Strategy review” & departmental strategy review to meet the agreed targets in Hoshin. Highlight the KPI deviations & set the process to solve the problems in timely manner to improve the performance of each indicators.
Conduct the weekly KN & PK KPI review mechanism in order to drive team to agreed targets, collaborative with department HODs. Develop the process for do the problem solving for KPI deviations to improve the current situation.
Prepare & analyze achievements of all KPI in monthly basis, highlight the achievements to management & above team & drive the team to do the proper problem solving to mitigate the impact to set targets.
Develop the individual goal sheets for each executive & above member considering objective deployment to make sure the alignment to assigned goals. And provide the descriptive understanding & actions for each individual to meet the agreed standard of each goal.
Operate as a Learning & development member in lean enterprise, while conducting the JFB training for all executive & above members & preparing required learning materials with upgraded learnings. And also refreshing the lean knowledge by connecting to the Morning meeting.
Prepare and maintain relevant procedures related to MOS for external and internal audits on same and getting the others involved by conducting pre audits, MOS Assessments etc. whilst, making sure that the feedback provided from the previous audits are corrected and maintained accurately before the set deadlines.
Analyses data and feedback provided by consultant visits & internal resource persons in order to gain proper knowledge on same and sharing the best practices through Lean initiatives whilst, maintaining an MOS culture within the workplace
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in textile and physical science.
1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Good report writing and communication skills.
