Position Summary: DISA Global Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to develop and nurture client relationships while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, strong B2B experience, and a passion for providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Essential functions, responsibilities:

  • Establish and build long-term relationships with DISA clientele and prospective buyers.
  • Understand and assess customers' business objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals.
  • Meet with prospective clients to present DISA services, outlining costs and competitive advantages.
  • Provide detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and effective communication with the internal team and customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
  • Represent DISA at industry trade shows and networking events to promote service offerings.
  • Educate prospects and clients on DISA's comprehensive range of services and products.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Attend Conferences, Trade Shows, and other events within the Houston area as assigned by leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience with a consultative sales approach required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A true hunter mentality when identifying, developing, and signing new business is critical 
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.

Training Schedule: TBD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday to fall within hours of operation 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST

Physical Requirements: 
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Walk (occasionally), sit- up to 8hrs. a day, stand (occasionally), use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, able to lift-up to 15lbs.(occasionally).

$45,000 - $60,000 annually plus commission
