Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & AI Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the HR operating model—integrating AI, analytics, and automation into core HR processes.
 - Partner with HR and enterprise technology leaders to define the AI strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
 - Translate enterprise strategy into actionable AI-enabled operating model components (processes, roles, governance, and digital platforms).
 - Serve as a thought leader on how AI and digital technologies reshape organizational design and workforce capability.
 
Operating Model Deployment & Intelligent Change Enablement
- Oversee rollout of the AI-driven HR operating model across geographies and HR functions.
 - Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption of AI tools, and change management initiatives focused on workforce readiness.
 - Partner with technology and data teams to embed AI workflows and predictive analytics into HR service delivery.
 - Identify and mitigate risks to AI adoption, data integrity, and user experience.
 
Talent & Capability Transformation
- Co-lead HR capability-building initiatives that grow AI literacy, data fluency, and digital leadership across the function.
 - Embed a culture of experimentation and continuous learning around emerging technologies.
 - Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design talent programs leveraging AI for skills assessment, career pathing, and workforce planning.
 
Enterprise Collaboration & Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional transformation teams (Digital, AI, Technology, and Enterprise Enablement) to ensure HR’s transformation aligns with enterprise AI ethics and governance frameworks.
 - Represent HR in enterprise AI strategy and digital innovation forums.
 - Drive transparent reporting and measurable impact of AI initiatives on efficiency, experience, and business outcomes.
 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
 - 10+ years of experience in HR transformation or advising organizations on future ways of work.
 - Proven experience leading HR operating model design and deployment.
 - Demonstrated expertise leading global transformation initiatives powered by AI, analytics, or automation.
 - Strong ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and engage executive stakeholders.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Organizational Strategy, or related discipline.
 - Experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation, HR technology integration, or digital platform optimization.
 - Deep understanding of AI governance, data ethics, and agile change management.
 - Ability to translate AI strategy into measurable business and workforce outcomes.
