This role operates in a build-mode environment and requires flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end consumer growth strategy and execution, driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling consumer value propositions and experiences.
  • Build and scale the consumer marketing function, including team, operating model, and core capabilities.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle programs.
  • Build and continuously optimize a scalable consumer growth engine using performance data and experimentation.
  • Lead cross-functional integration with Product, Digital, Analytics, and Experience teams.
  • Manage outside agency partners to ensure strong strategic alignment, high-quality execution, and efficient ways of working.
  • Partner closely with marketing teams across CVS Health to align plans, leverage enterprise capabilities, and ensure a coordinated consumer experience.
  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials that communicate strategy, plans, and performance.
  • Define and operationalize success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and retention outcomes.
  • Operate as a player-coach, leading strategy while creating and refining materials directly.

What Success Looks Like

  • Health100 launches with a clear, trusted consumer value proposition.
  • Marketing efforts drive measurable improvements in adoption, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Consumers demonstrate repeat usage and sustained engagement over time.
  • Consumer plans and performance are clearly communicated to leadership through structured materials.
  • The consumer growth function is built to scale with strong processes and team alignment.
  • Agency partners and enterprise marketing teams are effectively integrated into the operating model.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, ideally in digital or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and operating models.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling consumer value.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving performance against measurable targets.
  • Experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations for executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments with evolving priorities.
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach with a hands-on, resourceful approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
