Position Summary:

Health100 is an AI-powered healthcare engagement platform built to reduce complexity in pharmacy and healthcare by delivering clearer, more connected experiences at the moments that matter most. As an independent subsidiary of CVS Health, Health100 is designed to operate as a technology platform company—moving quickly, innovating differently, and scaling across the healthcare ecosystem.

We are seeking an Executive Director, Consumer Growth & Marketing to build, lead, and scale the consumer growth engine for Health100. This leader will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, onboarding, engagement, and sustained usage—ensuring consumer marketing strategy translates into measurable growth outcomes in market.

This is a foundational leadership role reporting into the Head of Marketing for Health100. It requires a builder-operator who can define strategy, build the team and operating model, and deliver high-quality execution in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

The Role in Context

This role is responsible for building and scaling the consumer growth engine for Health100 as part of the overall platform marketing system. It will define and execute strategies that drive awareness, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention. This role operates in a build-mode environment and requires flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end consumer growth strategy and execution, driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling consumer value propositions and experiences.
  • Build and scale the consumer marketing function, including team, operating model, and core capabilities.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle programs.
  • Build and continuously optimize a scalable consumer growth engine using performance data and experimentation.
  • Lead cross-functional integration with Product, Digital, Analytics, and Experience teams.
  • Manage outside agency partners to ensure strong strategic alignment, high-quality execution, and efficient ways of working.
  • Partner closely with marketing teams across CVS Health to align plans, leverage enterprise capabilities, and ensure a coordinated consumer experience.
  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials that communicate strategy, plans, and performance.
  • Define and operationalize success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and retention outcomes.
  • Operate as a player-coach, leading strategy while creating and refining materials directly.

  • Health100 launches with a clear, trusted consumer value proposition.
  • Marketing efforts drive measurable improvements in adoption, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Consumers demonstrate repeat usage and sustained engagement over time.
  • Consumer plans and performance are clearly communicated to leadership through structured materials.
  • The consumer growth function is built to scale with strong processes and team alignment.
  • Agency partners and enterprise marketing teams are effectively integrated into the operating model.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, ideally in digital or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and operating models.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling consumer value.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving performance against measurable targets.
  • Experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations for executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments with evolving priorities.
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach with a hands-on, resourceful approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$131,500.00 - $303,195.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
