Create and drive shared operational standards across these interconnected groups.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations organization, instilling critical cultural elements for success today while simultaneously building the capabilities required to support long-term growth and innovation.  Immediate focus will be on fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise designing and governing decision-making frameworks, including RACI, PACE, DACI, and related accountability models.
  • Experience establishing operating models, governance frameworks, executive reviews, performance reporting, and scalable business processes for organizations undergoing rapid growth, integration, or transformation.
  • Expertise automating and optimizing workflows using project portfolio management, work management, and collaboration platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of media, advertising, retail media, e-commerce, digital marketing, or technology environments. Have an understanding of tech and advertising operations to help drive efficiency.
  • Experience managing significant operating budgets and vendor portfolios.
  • Ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Strategy, and Business Systems teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent executive communication, organizational leadership, and problem-solving skills.
