  • Executive Liaison: Forge strong relationships with our executive team, sales leaders, product leaders, and strategic partners, ensuring their ideas are woven into the EBC experience.
  • Content & Communications Master: Create engaging agendas, content, email templates, and account briefs for impactful EBCs and customer communications. Manage internal communications with stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Brand Champion: Elevate the Dynatrace brand experience by collaborating with our creative team to execute memorable EBC events that stand out in the SaaS landscape.
  • EBC Operations Orchestrator: Oversee EBC logistics, including venue selection, swag management, and budget tracking. You'll own the EBC request process and scheduling for top accounts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish goals and metrics to ensure EBC's deliver a strong ROI. Partner with Ops to build out capability to track results in Salesforce.
  • Process Innovator: Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology integration, and best practices to make our EBC programs even more impactful.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles within a high-growth company.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering impactful events for targeted audiences.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process and the role of EBCs in customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • A passion for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve success.
