How You Will Achieve More:
Intellia is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the dynamic and expanding commercial organization, including the SVP of Commercial and key members of the commercial leadership team. As a trusted partner to the commercial leadership team, this role plays a critical part in enabling effective time management, streamlined communication, and seamless execution of strategic and operational priorities.
The Executive Assistant will engage regularly with the Executive Leadership Team, senior internal stakeholders, and external partners, representing the Commercial function with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational capability, the ability to anticipate needs, and comfort navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Primary responsibilities include managing complex and shifting calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the weekly commercial leadership team staff meetings, and supporting time‑sensitive initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate excels at balancing multiple priorities, communicates with clarity, is proactive anticipating the needs of the various leaders and operates with the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Commercial Leadership Team (6 leaders).
- Effectively handles expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Prepare and edit presentations, and reports.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, slide development, materials distribution, and minute-taking.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, conferences, and offsites.
Communication & Liaison
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between leadership and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to maintain smooth office operations.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
Project & Operational Support
- Support special projects as assigned, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
About You:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who takes direction well, operates proactively, and consistently anticipates the needs of multiple leaders. You bring exceptional organizational discipline, excel at managing competing priorities, and remain steady and effective in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you uphold the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity in all aspects of your work. You ideally bring prior experience supporting Commercial teams or senior leaders within a Commercial organization. Proficiency in MS Office applications—particularly PowerPoint and Excel—is highly preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting commercial functions in pre-commercial companies is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary for this position is expected to range between $106,036.00 - $129,600.00 USD per year.The salary offered is determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant education and training, overall related experience, specialized, rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Additional compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the Company’s discretion.
