We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / People Ops Coordinator who’s ready to grow into the role. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, maybe just out of school or with a bit of prior administrative or EA experience, who’s excited to support senior leaders while learning the ropes of People Operations and recruiting.
You’ll be at the heart of making things run smoothly: managing calendars and inboxes, helping coordinate executive meetings and offsites, and supporting our People team with recruiting and employee experience projects.
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, with strong potential to transition to full-time based on mutual fit and performance.
What You’ll Achieve:Calendar & Scheduling: Support multiple executives by organizing calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and helping the team stay on top of priorities.
Inbox & Communication Support: Help manage executive inboxes, draft correspondence, and keep communication flowing smoothly.
Meeting & Offsite Coordination: Assist in planning executive meetings and offsites — from logistics and agendas to follow-ups.
Recruiting Support: Partner with People Ops to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
People Ops Tasks: Pitch in on onboarding, HR processes, and internal team initiatives as needed.
