We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders, one in Los Angeles and one in New York City. You'll help them focus on what matters most by managing busy calendars, coordinating communications, and keeping important projects on track.
You'll ensure everything runs smoothly and that priorities are clear. As a trusted partner, you'll help these leaders stay informed and connected while supporting their teams and the wider Crunchyroll community.
- Manage complex calendars and daily priorities with confidence
- Handle emails and communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed quickly
- Prepare executives with key materials and briefings for meetings
- Lead multiple projects from start to finish
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including expenses using Concur
- Track and organize work using Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support senior leadership
- Identify ways to improve processes and workflows for greater efficiency
- Support leaders and teams across multiple locations globally
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.

- You keep sensitive information confidential
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Concur, and project management tools to manage schedules, projects, and support global teams
