About the Role

Alchemy is in a period of hypergrowth — powering over $150B in transactions and expanding globally. We’re looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our COO and Head of Engineering in keeping the company running at top speed. This is a high-exposure role working closely with senior leadership, investors, and key partners.

You’ll have wide-ranging responsibilities: managing complex calendars, optimizing workflows, running special projects, and acting as the connective tissue across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize calendars, coordinate logistics, and prioritize meetings for the COO and Head of Engineering.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives, their teams, and external stakeholders — ensuring clear, timely communication.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Organize and prepare for key meetings, offsites, speaking engagements, and events.

  • Drive follow-up and accountability on action items from meetings.

  • Build and improve processes to increase the executives’ efficiency and bandwidth.

  • Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and keep initiatives on track.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • NYC-based is a must
