A Brief Overview
Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to Aetna Commercial Product leader and organization. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, processing expenses, handling communications, and supporting special projects. The Commercial Product Executive Assistant acts as a point of contact and contributes to the smooth operation of the executive's work and the organization as a whole

What you will do (Core Responsibilities)
Calendar Management:

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring no conflicts and managing travel arrangements.

Communication Management:

Implementing a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
Acts as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, with an understanding of appropriate prioritization

Administrative Support:

Preparing presentations, maintaining team SharePoint site, keeping department organization charts current, handling expense reports, and ordering office supplies.

Special Projects:

Assisting with research, coordinating resources, and tracking progress on various projects as directed by the executive (e.g., support for planning a leadership team in person meeting.

Department Management:

Overseeing general office processes (e.g., Department Newsletter).

For this role you will need:

Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is critical. 

Organization: Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining efficient workflows. 

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively interact with various stakeholders. 

Adaptability: Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and unforeseen situations. 

Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, identify and resolve issues, and make sound decisions. 

Required Qualifications:

•  3-5 years work experience
•  Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
•  Technical proficiency in Sharepoint, Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of prior administrative or executive assistant experience 

Education:

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$22.59 - $58.85

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
