Position Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Leadership Team at CyberFund, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive operations. We’re seeking a sharp, proactive, and trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about supporting visionary leadership in the worlds of blockchain, AI, and venture capital.

In this role, you’ll serve as the organizational anchor—ensuring seamless communication, operational support, calendar management, and executive project coordination. You will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to keep priorities on track and drive outcomes that matter.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in high-level administrative or operational roles, ideally within VC, tech startups, or global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive support:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

  • Prepare briefings, agendas, and follow-ups for high-level meetings

Operational efficiency:

  • Organize and track key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Help prioritize tasks and support decision-making by streamlining inputs

  • Monitor progress on executive-level projects, maintaining accountability

Meeting management:

  • Schedule and document leadership and cross-functional meetings

  • Follow up on action points, manage internal workflows and approvals

  • Support executive presence at conferences, board meetings, and investor events

Cross-functional alignment:

  • Serve as liaison between CEO and departments

  • Partner with other assistants, project managers, and department heads to enable smooth workflows

Special projects:

  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to execution

  • Support CEO in research, prep, and internal presentations

You have:
  • 3–5+ years in a senior-level Executive Assistant or high-trust operational support role;

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities;

  • Reliable, discreet, and able to anticipate needs without being asked;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian is a plus);

  • Resourceful and solution-oriented in ambiguous or fast-changing environments;

  • Proficient with modern tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom;

  • Interest in Web3, blockchain, emerging tech, or venture capital is highly preferred.
