This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
We are currently looking for a motivated executive assistant to empower our Credit Program with a broad range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Committed to excellence and attentive to detail
- A team-player
- Able to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities
What you will do:
- Prepare monthly expense reimbursement reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage calendars including planning meetings and conference calls
- Log client updates and fund-related activity and communications in Salesforce
- Track new deals and GP engagement and meetings in the Deal Cloud platform
- Routine typing, scanning photocopying, faxing materials, organizing and routing correspondence
- And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
- Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management both internally and externally
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce
Education Preferred
- No advanced degree, but equivalent experience
Experience
- 5-8 years of administrative support experience in Financial Services capacity preferred
