The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Chief of Staff and provides administrative support to our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is high-energy, goal-oriented and results-driven. We value a high level of integrity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use AI tools daily to solve problems, learn new skills, and build faster workflows.

  • Anticipate needs and take initiative — solve problems before being asked with a real desire to grow.

  • Build and quality-check executive and board-level materials in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and HTML.

  • Own high-stakes communications with executives, board members, and stakeholders.

  • Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential board and executive matters.

  • Manage scheduling and priorities across Central and Eastern time zones.

Key Qualities
  • AI-forward: uses AI tools daily and quickly puts new ones to work.

  • Proactive problem solver who acts independently, not from a checklist.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HTML a plus.

  • Produces executive-level presentations and materials with sharp attention to detail.

  • Eager to learn quickly and grow into broader operational work.

  • 2-5 years supporting a CEO or senior C-suite executive, ideally in SaaS, finance, or another high-pressure environment.

Location
  • Dallas / Irving Area preferred, open to strong remote candidates operating in Central / Eastern time zones.
