Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Mansfield, MA

Hours: Full Time

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000/yr (Commensurate with Experience)

Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

About the Job:

NEXDINE Hospitality and Our Family of Companies are seeking an Executive Assistant who keeps complex priorities moving seamlessly, builds trusted relationships, and brings clarity, adaptability, and professionalism to every interaction. 

As the right-hand to our President, Managing Partner, and executive leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in connecting teams, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping our vision shine through every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide proactive, high-level support to executives, anticipating needs and managing priorities.

  • Act as a liaison between executives, committees, and teams, maintaining momentum and collaboration.

  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and communications that reflect our values.

  • Oversee cross-functional projects, keeping stakeholders aligned and decisions moving forward.

  • Lead the annual strategic planning process alongside the President and executive leadership.

  • Manage leaders’ time, travel, expenses, and meeting plans with strategic foresight.

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-suite or executive-level leaders.

  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation design skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools; Workday experience a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
