  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
  • Proven expertise coordinating travel – flights, hotels, meeting spaces, and beyond.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a knack for fast learning and independent problem-solving.
  • Positive, adaptable team player who brings energy and professionalism to every task.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
