About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive with hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the efficient management of customer and business data within Salesforce.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and internal teams.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Experiance with working with Hire management.
Salesforce Administration
- Manage and maintain customer and business records within Salesforce CRM.
- Update leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and case records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within the CRM.
- Generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and record management.
- Support users with Salesforce-related administrative tasks.
Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidential business information with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist management with ad hoc reporting and administrative projects.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Support cross-functional teams with documentation, follow-ups, and project coordination.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in implementing standardized procedures and best practices.
- Support operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Executive, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting sales, operations, or customer success teams.
- Knowledge of CRM reporting and dashboard creation.
- Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or international teams.
