We are seeking an Executive Account Assistant to support our account management division and ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while assisting with administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks that keep our team functioning at a high level.

Responsibilities
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Account Executive team
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through
• Assist with organizing schedules, preparing documentation, and maintaining project timelines
• Support the creation and tracking of client materials, reports, and meeting briefs
• Help ensure quality control and accuracy across client deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives
