In this role, you will help lead the evolution of our brand portfolio’s web experiences, crafting high-performing marketing websites that deliver measurable business impact.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will serve as the end-to-end driver across multiple web UX initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution — able to define and prioritize optimization opportunities, lead research and testing efforts, design high-impact UX solutions, and foster alignment across cross-functional teams. You will also play a critical role in shaping EverPro’s web standards by advancing our experimentation practices and helping define how emerging AI methodologies are integrated into our team’s workflows. We’re looking for a forward-thinking designer who champions UX best practices and proactively seeks smarter, more effective ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and plan strategic optimizations informed by user needs and aligned with business objectives
- Lead discovery to understand user goals and motivations, uncover friction points, and analyze behavioral patterns
- Develop information architectures that support intuitive navigation while strategically guiding users toward high-value conversion actions
- Lead design of user experiences from wireframes to interactive prototypes that clearly communicate hierarchy, value propositions, and calls to action
- Maintain scalable design systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and experimentation velocity across EverPro websites
- Plan and execute usability tests to validate assumptions, identify usability barriers, and inform iterative improvements
- Support CRO experimentation by developing A/B and multivariate test hypotheses, designing test variations, and analyzing results to drive measurable lift
- Mentor fellow UX Designers by providing thoughtful feedback and guidance throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate closely with visual designers, copywriters, SEO strategists, developers, and marketing partners from concept through launch
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and transparency
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing long-term UX strategy with short-term optimizations
- Explore emerging AI methodologies and proactively evolve our UX processes, tools, and deliverables to align with new industry standards
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on leading UX optimizations for complex marketing websites
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ownership of UX initiatives from discovery through delivery, highlighting your end-to-end approach and decision-making process
- High proficiency in Figma, experience in digital collaboration tools, AI tools, and testing tools
- Experience developing UX strategy grounded in research and business goals
- Experience leading web design execution, from IA and wireframes through prototyping and handoff
- Experience leading testing and experimentation, translating insights into prioritized improvements
- Experience working within agile, growth-oriented, or sprint-based workflows
- Teamwork mentality with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear, confident communicator able to present strategy, design solutions, and rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver, detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven
