A proven track record of acquiring new customers, expanding their footprint, and increasing wallet share is essential. • Oversee the execution of partner marketing initiatives, including referral programs, affiliate campaigns, and both in-house and external partnerships.
  • Foster relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ABM and partner marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Regularly report on ABM and partner KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in account-based marketing (ABM) and partner marketing programs.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Marketing Automation Tools, and ABM technologies (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, SalesLoft, Outreach, Bombora, Sendoso, and Zoominfo).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, leadership, and product teams to achieve results.
  • Expertise in leveraging digital marketing, digital advertising, and sales acceleration tools to drive pipeline growth.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights and optimize efforts based on audience segmentation and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics, including revenue influence and ROI.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deepen relationships with sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Competence across all areas of marketing, including strategy, sales enablement, content marketing, marketing operations, and demand generation.
  • Field sales experience is a plus.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
