We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Product Reporting & Analytics team supporting our healthcare SaaS platform. This internship provides hands-on experience working with real-world healthcare data, analytics tools, and cross-functional teams.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that inform product and business decisions. You’ll gain exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks and ThoughtSpot, while learning how data supports healthcare operations, product strategy, and financial performance.

You will work closely with experienced analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to develop technical skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication.

What You'll Learn:

• How analytics supports decision-making in a healthcare SaaS environment
• Best practices for SQL, data modeling, and dashboard design
• Exposure to healthcare data such as billing, claims, utilization, and product usage
• How cross-functional teams use data to improve outcomes
• Data governance, quality validation, and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using ThoughtSpot and internal analytics tools
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Databricks
• Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Help document data definitions, reporting logic, and analytical processes
• Participate in exploratory data analysis to identify trends or anomalies
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to answer business questions
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and short-term projects
• Present findings in a clear and structured way with guidance from mentors
• Learn and apply best practices in data security and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
• Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
• Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for:

• Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026.
• Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
• Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
